Structs

Column	Information about a column of the result of a query.
CopyInfo	A struct containing information relevant for a `COPY` operation.
Statement	A prepared statement.

The format of a portion of COPY query data.

ReadWithInfo	Like `Read` except that a `CopyInfo` object is provided as well.
WriteWithInfo	Like `Write` except that a `CopyInfo` object is provided as well.
